Your scheduled session time is reserved exclusively for you.

Out of respect for my time and other clients on my waitlist, I ask that you provide adequate notice whenever you need to cancel or reschedule. This policy ensures fairness to all clients and allows me to maintain high-quality, consistent service.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be honored at no charge. You may reschedule at no additional cost, subject to availability.

  • If you cancel or request to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a $50 fee will be charged. This applies regardless of the reason for the change, except in the case of documented emergencies (see Section 4).

  • Failing to attend a scheduled session without any prior notice will be treated as a late cancellation. The full $50 fee will be charged, and the session will be forfeited if it was prepaid.

  • I understand that genuine emergencies arise. Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Late cancellation fees will be charged to the payment method on file or invoiced directly. Ongoing services may be paused until outstanding fees are settled.

  • In the rare event that I need to cancel or reschedule your session, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer a priority rebooking at no charge. No fees will be applied to the client in this circumstance.
