When I created Novel Mind, I named it after my own Autistic and ADHD brain— my brain that is also riddled with anxiety and rejection sensitive dysphoria and more.
It was hard finding my way through Corporate America with my late diagnoses. I’ve learned that my favorite thing to do (besides helping cats), is helping people like me find jobs at companies that celebrate their differences.
There’s no handbook for being autistic in a professional environment. That’s the resource gap I’m filling with strategic, creative, and inclusive consulting.
